Our customer wanted to finish their basement to make better use of their space. They wanted to include workspace and family leisure space. Also wanted to build a closet in this room.
Scope of Renovation:
Frame and build trey ceiling, install recessed lights, ceiling fans, install and finish drywall, trim around windows and doors, frame & build closet and paint room.

Customer had dark hallway that needed natural lighting. She requested windows in the closed off exterior wall space, to capture more light in the area.
Remodel:
Demo existing wall and frame wall for new windows. Install and trim around windows (interior & exterior). Hang and finish drywall and paint.
