Peter Wilson, Founder
My name is Peter Wilson, founder and manager of Linkable Contracting. I have over 20 years experience in the construction industry.
I was always fascinated with detailed craftsmanship in the interior and exterior spaces of residential homes. After my move to Georgia in 2001, I knew it was time to make a change into an area of construction that would be more fulfilling and allow me to not only utilize my technical skills but also my creative talents.
It was my background as a lead installer in commercial construction, that led me to explore more opportunities on the residential side. I started out as an independent contractor and remodeling specialist, for a large home service retailer.
This opportunity was golden because I learned the art of craftsmanship by working on all aspects of interior space renovation. I also traveled throughout metro Atlanta and learned about many areas and communities. The exposure to all these places that I otherwise would not have known, has been a valuable part of my journey.
After a few years with this company, they decided to phase out their remodeling services division. At that point, I felt confident to make a bold move. With a wide range of skillset and a well-rounded knowledge in construction, I decided to take a leap of faith and branched out on my own. Linkable Contracting was formed in 2010.
